Working for Northrop Grumman and Sentek Consulting, led many initiatives and teams for multiple large scale programs ranging from Satellite Control Systems, to Afloat Systems, 1m+ Device Enterprises, and ultimately became the top Technical Lead and PM (non-uniform role) for the entire Navy Certification Authority, with final risk determination responsibility over 1000's of systems per year.
